International online gaming giant Flutter Entertainment closed 2021 announcing the acquisition of leading Italian online gaming brand Sisal for 1.913 billion euros ($2.17 billion) from CVC Capital Partners.įlutter is the parent company of PokerStars, Skybet, Paddy Power, FanDuel and many other leading iGaming brands.
